Description

This was just gonna be a practice, but it looked alright, so I had to post it... All of the Makeup and rust effects were painted in using photoshop, same with the majority of the lighting. This was originally gonna be a sea witch, but when I was done with her makeup and stuff, she looked more like a queen, LOL!!! Anyhow, hope ya like my pic Comments and/or suggestions are more than welcome!
