Description
Nothing fancy here. Just the results of a fifteen minute tutorial on splines and the lathe modifier. Not even a texture. A later tutorial is on how to texture it proper, as well as creating an entire chess set and board. No, I'm not trying to compete with Linkinpark on chess renders. (Grins.) He's far superior to me.
Sometimes I think I'm just impatient to trying to fill out my gallery. Heh. Such overly simplistic stuff, hardly worthy of bandwidth.
The title refers to the fact that although a pawn is usually considered of minimal value, it can become very powerful upon reaching the opponent's king row.
