You are the black belt of master 2d artists. I'm in total awe of your painting abilities, Uwe. This picture just smacks me with the power and personality of J. Chan. His expression and body language tell the story that is so hard to do in any medium. I remeber this image on a poster when I was a kid, im now 44 so this tells ya it was a long time ago, I recognise most of your work from posters or movies, are you the original or have you copied them? I ma trying to totally understand teh way you do THIS awesomely realistic pieces to be capable (in 50 years) todo something even REMOTEDLY similar. But I despare to be capable of. This is so masterfully accomplished :)
