The "commander" was only survivor of forwarding. The shuttle "Andomede" had undergone considerable damage while crossing a field of asteroid, and the crew couldn't prevent the crash on the moon. Since the first impacts, any contact with the Earth had been broken. Nobody on Earth could know what had become . Sadly, the commander looked at last once the Nourishing earth. In a last despaired act, he decided to consume the oxygen which remained in the tanks of the shuttle to make a good fire, "as on earth" he thought!
