Whoa! Now that's brilliant. I dare not ask what is being sewn; the imagination is too far down the path of terror already! Wonderful hair/fur around the animal-like face. I just rewatched "Seven" and this seems in the same vein of grotesque.

The tarnished soul trying to hold itself together. Perfectly displayed here. I especially like the posing of the left hand... looks like a pose of the old masters (da vinci etc). This could also be the situation after a date with the devil... trading the soul for temptful bliss... sewing up the remaining shell :)
