i am working on a painted effect if anybody has any pointers i would love to here them.. this is done with a pastel paint filter in psp7(jasc).if you know of a good tutorial or have a comment it would be appreciated..

I think it needs a bit more of a smeary-pixellated effect than the general blurriness this has. At the moment it looks like a(very good) faked painting. I don't know if PSP has a filter that will do what you want, so maybe if you go around the picture and manually fingerpaint/smear little bits here and there to accent the effect?
