I love the watercolor look to it! (Symbolic of underwater?) She looks beautiful; it's a great presentation of DCort's character and a really fine work all its own -- dark, dreamy, and very much like a painting.

Wonderful art piece, seems a square carried out in etching, the effect of light believes him a very particular climate, I like the range of colors that it used for this design, the model's position believes movement. Simply spectacular!!!!!...8).

thank you one and all, I just wanted this to be a success for Colm. There is no posterization filter on this image, only a a slight water color, to add to the watery feeling of the image. Thanks pnevai, for your astute commentary. I achieved the color by matching them.

I look into her eyes and I see them gazing back. All the dark pretty colors swirling around you have really given DCorts mermaid a look that is stunning and uniquely your own. You and Colm are so inspirational to so many, in your artworks and in your love. Wishing you both lots of happy thoughts!

Excellent work Syyd, its because of this image I bought the mermaid and I cant wait to play with her, meant to say something the other day and got disconnected then distracted. Happy Belated Birthday to Colm.
