Description

Original Post located here: http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?ForumID=107&Form.ShowMessage=1345676 Explains how I did it in a mini tutorial, as well as some other renders. Just an attempt to do some nifty motion blurring in bryce with an accurate framework. IE the blur is actually based on the motion of the metaballs. Looks much more realistic than my previous metaball stills. I should try another material, but this is a composite of 20 1024 by 768 stills... might be *too* insane, even for me.

this is quite possibly the best usage of metaballs i have seen. a texture would be cool, get a dual proc to render it to disk.

You're pushing the limits of this software to heaven. An amazing metaball work.

For those who read my comment and don't know the other metaball works of this guy, I strongly suggest to take a peek in the Bryce Forum.

I have never used the meatball element in Bryce but this image inspires me to check it out. Thank you for taking your time to provide the mini tutorial also. Inspiring image!!
