Description

This image was meant to be my entry for this months Vue-challenge The Wave, but was rejected as there are nothing but ripples in it :) Well... I kinda' like it so here it is... I wanted to create something simple before starting on the more complex Greek imagery :) I've take a number of photos for reference-material and I'm waiting for them be developed. Might take some time though... :( Comments are very welcome on this one as I plan to work more on it, while waiting for the photos :)!!!! Thanks for viewing! - Thomas :)

I'm sorry, but i wouldn't chang ONE thing! It is more than 1000 times excellent!! Love especially the palmtree in the middle and the blurry distance! :)

Really nice, sweet serenity and motionless harmony. even though it was rejected, it's still an awesome landscape with beautiful atmostpheric mood. can't wait to see some of your greek imagery :)

Umbetro38 - Simple in the way that I didn't had to use tons of booleans and there was almost no additional lighting to create and set up :)

Thomas, out of all, I love your jungles, JUST LOVE THEM! That's what first attracted me to your works. Your diversity of plant life, shapes, layers, they all look so very natural. Your jungles even inspired me to get Vue again after dumping it for a long time. See if you get get a digital camera someday, no more waiting for pictures to develop. :)

Excelent, beautiful work as allways Thomas! I'd love to see it at a higher resolution....Besides that, i don't think you should work on this one any more...Looks complete to me.I'm eager to see those Greek scenes...:)
