The Canvas of Life
Is Painted in many Colors.
Though some may Pale
In the Brightness of others,
Its the Radiance
That Emanates our Soul.
Every event Captures
Our final Essence,
Through brush strokes we Create
The Emotions for which we Portray.
To view this Canvas
Of our Colored Life,
One need only
Remember.
For in Memory
The Painting is never Dry.

I have always had a burning desire to write and paint on lifes canvas. To make the ink BREATHE LIFE for the Reader. I've never strived to just make the characters real, but the words and emotions with each brush stroke. Capturing the Reader, making him believe what is written is reality. Most of all, writing so as there is no one set interpretation for my compositions. Take the "SKEIN of MAN", most people read quickly through it and take it for face value without ever looking at the underlining reality. This composition holds an endless amount of personal/real world interpretations.
Lastly, I would like to Thank Renderosity for letting these two worlds collide, the Writer and the Graphic Artist. Thank All of You the Readers.

I liked how the poem and the image matched each other. Both are very stricking and memorable. I have two tiny suggestions. First when I read the poem aloud I stumbled a bit on the first three lines, maybe the rhythm could be smoother? And second -- the moon looked too flat somehow. Or maybe it's just me? Anyway, I really like the compositon of the image: the shapes, and the play of lights. Very Nice. :)
