Description

Well... this is the fourth of fifth set of legs I've made... And finally I see some kind of light in my tunnel. The body still needs something I think. Perhaps textures? =) God I hate texturing!

The legs look much better than the last version. I am still missing some kind of joint cutouts where the upper and lower leg parts are connected. Nevertheless, I think it is becomming a great model. I hope you decide to texture it :)

Well... I've somewhat started to texture it... Though I am no friend of uvw-unwrap. I'm taking several looks at the tuorials and I've downloaded some other plug-ins that could be useful. But it'll take time. A LOT of time... But, hey! I DO want to, so perhaps one day you'll see a textured version too =)

you don't have to unwrap the entire model... it looks pretty simple to me. you could just use planar maps for the head, assigned to selected faces... and the legs should be simple, use cylinder or box maps

Doesnt really look like it could walk. Too much weight on top.

I've tried some texturing as we speak... nothing I am really proud of, but I'm getting the hang of it. It'll take some time. One should really be able to upload avi's here. If I was able to do that I could upload a "spin-around" so you could see the back too. Well.. my page should be up and running in about a month so...
