Description

A little image i did whilst playing with reflections. 3ds Max 4.2 Mental ray 2.1 (background borrowed from the HDRI shop people) (My only problem now is - my wife wants our kettle to be that shiny....Damm !!)

Mmmm.. shiny things :) reflection does look a little odd though with that arched look of the bg plane (wall) and the reflection of the kitchen, otherwise cool, love the cup design...

Cheers, thanks for the comment - Let me explain - That background inconsistency is because the kettle is on a hemispherical shelf cut into the kitchen wall (yes we have one) I do agree however that it looks a bit weird (maybe the shelf cut is too deep) Thanks again - never noticed it until now.
