very realistic.. you might want to try making the "metal" closer to those blocks you have it sitting on so there is not so much or a shadow that makes it look like its floating in mid air... other then that Excellent work :p

Great lighting! Perhaps try lowering the liquid slightly--it almost seems like it is hovering over the blocks. Regardless, very well done!
