Description

My first attempt at sand ended with 32 surface layers. The changes are very subtle. I tried darkening this image but it lost the hot feel. Thanks for viewing

The sand looks very real. The deep mist too. It must be early in the morning to get so much mist in the desert :-) Very well done !

I agree with Zazie, the sand does look very real. I like how the horizon is a lil tilted... been in the heat too long.

Excellent desert surface and terrain. Only this big sun and the end of the terrain disturbes a bit. But it is still an excellent pic! :-)

I like a lot the banking of the camera, the deep space and the smooth haze, the surface map... an excellent pic :)
