this is the frist pic or time ive used a 3d tool to do any kind of art ive only been using bryce 5 for about 2 mths.

Almost there. Some suggestions. Could use some paper trash and broken bottles. Streetlight in the foreground looks like its out. Needs to look like there is a light source in the light. Seems too bright for a desolate street scene if thats what you are trying for. Where are the stoplights and or mail boxes? Potholes and buckled sidewalk slabs might add to the atomosphere.

Modeling is pretty good, but I would agree with SevenOfEleven's observations. The texture on the building on the right is too obviously a repeating tile pattern.

Agree with the two above about the suggestions; the image could use a bit of details. The atmosphere is very good and the overall "wasted" feeling sinks in.
