A real sword project, work in progress.

Nice contrast in the purple terrycloth background with the blade and the scabbard of a light shade of wood. Unique handle shape. Use of copper in the Tsuba and Kasheri are a nice touch and departure from the common brass.
Ethesis
Thanks for the feedback. The tang is not traditional, nor is the blade geometry, but it works with the general elven LOTR style I'm working on. The blade is a Kris pre-traditional tang design and the actual model is from the five islands style (which isn't LOTR, but everyone has seen the LOTR movies). I've shaped the handle a great deal more and when the dremmel work is finished, it will have a blue metal wire inlay. Thanks again for the comments.
