Though this image seems to portray Jesus being swallowed up or "defeated" by Satan when he went to the cross - This idea is entirely false. If you wish to know the truth - read your bible. In reality - Jesus defeated Satan at the cross, by fulfilling God's plan of redemption for mankind. He is a defeated enemy and when Christ returns, Satan along with all of his followers will be bound and thrown into hell for eternity.
