sooner or later everyone seems to discover how to do hdr and goes 'ooh look i made some pretty silver balls!' and now its my turn, so who wants to examine my silver balls?

Examined them and like 'em !!! Maybe the horizon is too sharp compared against the blurry background ? Excellent anyway :)

HDR can be incredible powerfull. For compositing or just model showcase there is nothing better.... Nice balls dude! :)

very nice balls, ive never user hdri but am getting quite good at faking it.., i think everyone starts with making silver balls

Hey, I LOVE YOUR BALLS! Even after looking about, I'm still a bit foggy on HDRI. I know you check the radiosity box. But is the sky the luminescent light source lighting the whole scene. Are the images on the balls a picture or reflection? You were right too, I've seen lots of balls, he he, but yours stand out. ;)
