Great job on the mossy bark and the lightning is very convincing. Only the grass looks a little bit artificial. Very fascinating image anyway. :)

Thanks....I too agree that the foreground texture needs work...I tweeked it for hours, and it just wouldn't cooperate...UGH! So I settled for this. I will try again to tweek it some more and if I get a better render, I will upload it. James

Wonderful lighting in this, James; I'd really like to see you work on the ground; not necessarily the texture, but the vegetation; maybe make it more dense. I think it would complete your image.
