Description

One of the first of many renders experimenting with different light effects. All so far very render intensive, several days being the norm. Hopefull that the final coloured version is just about ready for rendering. Trouble is you just ca'nt help making one more change!! This started as only a half rendered image that i just lost patience with, rather than bin it i tried a few postwork options (psp) and this was the result. Thanks to all who take the trouble to view. mtg.

Happy accidents - if you'd tossed this, we wouldn't get to see another piece of intriguing work! Light, reflection, depth - really interesting. I like the black-and-white, too, even though you say you're rendering one in colour. It'll be cool to compare.

The colour versions are taking a lot longer than i'd hoped. Still ca'nt stop myself tweaking into the early hours, what i would'nt give for a faster machine or a decent network, as i'd dearly love to animate with lighting.
