Description
this was done using posers built-in cel-shader, and i'm quite pleased with the results, the character itself i modeled using wings3D, and later setup for easy use within poser, if you have poser, or any other program that supports .obj format objects, you can download metools from the freestuff section.
this image is pretty much a sequel to a previous metools image i did, only using much more sophisticated technology this time around...

thanks =) i've been thinking of doing a megaman model, but that's a bit out of my league for the moment... as for chaos, you nailed it, the name for them is metool.
