The mill, lovingly being refurbished, awaits the day when it's new wheel will turn once more.

This has great potential. Your composition is very good. The only thing I would work on is the texturing in the foreground. I too have trouble with it sometimes...(infact re-doing one right now) Other than that, this is really good work.
