Very nicely done. Lighting might be a bit too harsh here, but it does create a nice stark contrast with the gloomy enviroment. What about a bit of rain? :o)

Her face is fantastic - love the drama of this... I'd definitely soften the muscles in her arms, especially the left... looks like seriously torn tendon with inflamation. As someone once advised me, and I kicked myself for not thinking of it - there's no law that says you can't touch up 3d in a 2d paint program.
