Description

Wow! Over 24 hours rendering time. Trees, hi rpp, glass - they all added to it. I'm not 100% happy with it; it feels lifeless and too rigid in its construction. But I learned from it and you might get a tiny chuckle. Thanks for looking, as they say.

I like the idea of those snails. At high rpp rendering will take a lot of time. If you don't use premium effects you won't need a high rpp. An rpp of 64 is usually enough to get rid of noise when using premium effects or noisy textures. 256 rpp usually is only neccesary when rendering purely on true ambience.

are those terrain snails?this looks great..its amazing all your tree parts rendered complete..with multiple trees something(a branch or trunk piece)is usualy missing..does the snail mail thing have something to do with e mail service???it would be a good name for mine..

The snails are symmetrical lattices. And for us oldies, snail-mail is the old-fashioned way of communicating - letters, cards and postcards written on actual paper! The term came up when e-mail was invented. Slow vs fast. I don't know if - linguistically, at least - you can have snail-mail e-mail!

A very imaginative work. The tree render is perfect, so is the paper conveyor belt and the snail in the bubble. I would like to point one thing... there seems to be a white screen on the image, like a fog, could it be because of the light source?? Somehow, it is killing the colors. Great work:)

I'm sorry, Snakey, but I can't see anything like a "white screen". Can anyone else? It looks quite crisp and clear to me, except for the deliberate haze in the background. There's no light source other than the sun. The sky preset is Bryce's prairie sunshine.
