Description
I have to do a full system re-install..apparently there's a problem with my drives which won't correct in trouble shooter..or any other thing I've tried. I found a glitch..but I have to do this to fix it.. Trouble is.. I hadn't backed up the bulk of my art..I have my earlier stuff..so I'll be a while getting back on this thing.. I've got my work cut out for me..big time. I'll see you all when I can.. and don't worry I'm resilient and can't be pushed over so easily *S*

Ouch!!!! That is so wrong to happen to you or anybody. I do wish you a speedy re install and recovery of as much of your data as possible. I had better go home and do a updated back up of all the art that I have saved recently.

yes a true horror..3 times in the last 15 months..i now backup everything onto my dvd drive and a second hard drive..the first 2 times i lost alot of stuff...the 3rd time,nothing..its a hard lesson learned..sorry it had to happen to you..hope you are back up and running soon..

Since this is what I do for a living (among other computer stuff) I'v seen many in your situation. I can promisse you just this - this will be your first and last time to lose material. Once this happens to you, you'll never forget to backup again! Anyway, I wish you a lot of luck with the re-format. And you know what? it's good to to it once in a while. I like the way you expressed the whole situation in the image and hope you return to us soon!

ouch sis .. been there done that ... screamed at the computer twice... am doing that currently backing up things ... got tons of cd's to do it with.... now if my cd rom would work right and great image.

I'm going to miss seeing your images-I hope you get all of the problems worked out soon!! Sorry it happened, but your sense of humor will keep you going-I had to laugh that you classified your image under "horror"! LOL! Get things fixed and give us more of your wonderful images! Good luck!!

God, I hate when that happens, Sorry Elf, Hope ya get it fixxed with minimal loss of your wonderful works. A warning, Get a CD burner, back everything up! Never trust Windows!!!! Good luck my friend...

If this happened to me, I think I'd be saying somethig much worse than "crappo"... something more along the lines of "[bleep]!!! You [bleep] [bleep]!!! [bleep]ing [bleep]!!!! [bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeep]!!!!!" :-)
I hope you get this straightened out with a minimal amount of pain, if you haven't already by now. Cool pic.
