Description
This is my 3d depiction of a Bob Ross painting that I saw...I have just aquired my first "real" painting kit and I am going to try brush to canvas and see what I get.

Bob Ross was a modern landscape master. I don't know if he has been taken as seriously as he should have been, what with the PBS TV show and all, but I videotaped it all the time and went through many of his lessons, up until about two years ago when I got bit by the digital bug. This is really pretty good, and definitely reminiscent of the Bob Ross style, though Vue makes it slightly easier. Good luck in your painting, just remember that a little bit of oil medium goes alot farther than it seems as though it ought to, and using the Bob Ross method makes it very easy to end up with blurs, riuns and smudges if you use too much turpentine, mineral spirits, or whatever type of other medium.

Definitely a good piece of work. I'm not sure what I'm seeing over the trees in the background; are those leaves blowing overhead? Still, quite impressive.
