It has a great almost architectural look to it, but the hands are unsure, my suggestion would be to not try to put so much detail into the hands. Draw them in the same clean sweeping style you used for the arms and legs. Good strong image.

I think the hands are OK - it givves motion to your picture -- the act of doing -- but because of the detail it brings focus -- -- I like a lot!
