Description

First i used a foto that i manipulated as a background, but then i remembert that i had made this light effect so i tried that as a BG and i liked it better so i used that. Its pritty easy to make the light effect or how ever u would call it.(jelly fish) Just use a thin white pensil add some glow to it and some creative use of the blur filters and u have it, easy as eating pancakes. The phrase i'd seen on a T-shirt. Okay thats about it.
