Nice work...although..some volumetric lighting shining down in the water would bring this up to where it could be. IMHO. Just a thought. By the way...where did you get those eels...I want some...

As if the conger eel weren't enough danger, we've got the shark as well! Looks almost like a screen shot from a video game with all these perils and treasures lying around. I would probably have gone for some volumetric light beams and caustics - but it looks great as it is, and whether you'd see them depends a lot on depth, lighting conditions, cliff shadows, etc. so I don't think there's any loss of realism from their absence.
