Great idea and image is quite nicely done. Background could be better and maybe your hand needs little warmer tone. Hand is lit by global illumination (one in real life..) but other things are casting hard shadows -> point/directional light. This may catch viewer's attention (like it did with me). Maybe little different (softer) shadows to those little friends.. Ok, I see this is not any photorealism study, but why not to make it look realistic too. And if you start modifying this, you may want to redo the table also. :) But these modifications aren't really needed, the power of this image lays on its humour. Very funny image in my opinion. Techically not worth 9 points, but this pic isn't about technical skills but sense of humour so I decided to give it 9 points.
