Description

This is the first one from a test roll of Fuji Reala 1600. I thought it would make handholding to catch these little guys easier (with a 180mm lens). For the most part, I'm pretty happy with the results. The faster speed (and DOF) helps. Saturation is very high (at least on the QuickyMart prints); my negative scans are more normal. I can see some grain on the 4X6 prints, but it does not seem to clump in the scans. Some of the highlights do tend to block up.

Now that I've read what you've written here, you can ignore my question about what film you used.... :~) Pretty critter!

As I said in my other post, I'm again impressed by the smoothness considering the film. Beautiful shot! :)
