Description
This is a picture i did kind of a long time ago; i was bored at home all day one time, so i found a picture of a favorite anime character of mine, looked off of it, and drew it; after that i outlined it with a sharpie and painted it. I made it kind of like a cel, but i did it on paper instead and then laminated it (i included the picture that i looked off of).
