Description
Bayham Abbey, Kent, England, was built in the 13th century by Premonstratensian monks. It's always very quiet there, I've never seen more than two or three people walking around the ruins. There are reports of ghostly figures of monks walking around, but I didn't see anything.
An infrared picture taken with a Hoya R72 filter on my trusty Olympus digital camera. More pictures in my website.

this is a very neat effect on the pic, if only it was a bit later in the day, it would REALLY be creepy, as it is,I still like it. Which Oly did you shoot it with?

The effect was pretty much as the picture came out. I just did an auto adjust of levels in Photoshop and coverted to greyscale. My camera is a camedia C-300 Zoom. I think it has a different name in the States. It was a surreal place even though it was lunch time. Perfect for taking IR photos though sinc ethe camera doens't have much control over exposure. So I need as much light as possible to get in. thanks for the comments.
