Description
Found this in my sketchbook, thought it looked cool so I inked and colored it, and here it is. Hoep you like. The text is utter jibberish so don't bother trying to decipher it. Any comments and critisism is welcome.

Very nice work. In fact, I think I might have dated her once in college, but that's a story for another day! :)

that is fucking cool

not at all - the idea is to make lines thicker on robot stuff (to portray the fact that it's solid etc). And yeah, that is fucking cool lol

I agree, but the thick lines around the hands/joints/wires give it a not-quite-robotty look. You're free to go with your own style, but most robot comics (Sentinel, Transformers, Gundam, etc) use thick outlines around the figure, but thin lines for the robotty details on the inside.

Really cool design.

Thanks for the feedback!!! The thick inner lines were intended to look like large gaps in the outer chasis, but I didn't add enough detail to depict that. However, I think it's not the line weight that is giving you the not quite robot feel, but rather, she's got CURVES. None of the above mentioned robots have em' (Transformers, etc), they're all drawn with harsh angles.
