I have tried many time to do this type of shot - At the time I took them I was excited for the result - Each time my image has not given me the ture feeling I thought i would be able to express - I sense some of that here - Although it is a fine piece of work - I hope you understand -

Is that the church door? I really love this composition, I'm totally in love with Italian lamps and lanterns, so this shot is just perfect to my eyes :))) Fabulous scene and light, too :)

@SoulEatar: in my opinion the problem with this kind of shots is that they are still images, but when you were there you saw much more, you moved back, forth, etc.etc... we must accept to loose something... @ratto: all'abbazia dove ci siamo girati almeno 15 volte prima di trovare la strada :D @Niutek: This was taken in Bretagne, but the lamp is really similar to the ones we have in Italy ;)

eden indeed... great exposure, love the framing with the dim profiles of the chairs... makes me want to 'run to the light!' lolol... so...wonderful.
