she is suspended by cables. Basically she is experiencing virtual reality via an organic interface thats is attached to her head and body. The VR unit is designed to replicate a hyper real experience that is rewarded with sexual stimulation. The city is a powered via a wind/sail/turbine system, as u are able to see some of in the back/g.
