Description

Bryce 5/PS 7/Xfrog The center house is from Alvynylays tutorial and from there I created the rest of the houses out of terrains. In order to create a mediterranean tiled roof I originally created a tile out of a symlat duplicated it enough times to cover the house but ended up with one house and a file size of 480 megs. So after scrapping that idea, I just created a terrain map and applied it to a terrain and viola! Instant mediterranean tiled roof. With everything in this image it only ended up being 340 megs. Still a bear for the CPU but much more reasonable to work with. Please share your thoughts on our work.

Absolutely wonderful! I'm Italian, and you captured perfectly the atmosphere of some of our most beautiful places. This belongs to the Hot20.

This is really awesome. It looks so realistic and i can't believe you duplicated all that tiles at first. It sure tells how much work you're putting in your images and it shows. A vote from me. Elfquest

Awesome, looks verry realistic, and that is a great power. But ONLY 340 meg? Ik got a p4 with 2 ghz, but Bryce most of the time crashes when the filesize gets larger then 150 a 200 megs. Anny tips? :)
