Description
Created with a bunch of layers that should serve as some small example image for Pure ColourBy in akl3.ucl which is created with a Perl program - and still far a way from finished. And as it often happens - this bunch of layers grows into an image while I try out masking and mask layers and alpha channel and texture settings and...
The image was created in three large working sessions over two days, interrupted by renovation work in my house and normal family life. I even rendered this image in 600x600 or 800x800 to disk with the very useful "Quick" Anti Alias option to check the quality of the textures and fine lines. Usually I render with Anti Alias in normal mode and get surprised in the end... The many tests were worth the impatient waitings...
It is the second time that I work intentionally in several sessions to have a distant view on the image during the creative process. It helps to sometimes throw away the layers that are just too much for the image...
