You won't get a lot of comments with these kind of subject, but you do get my admiration for tackling the subject. This is a part of the world we'd like to forget in order to prevent a guilt feeling. Unlike Cbender, I think there's a whole lot more to say, but that might might be a "theme of the month" once I guess. I like your style, but I would have preferred a bit more black in order to create a bit more drama. And I'd also reduce the amount of hair in order to show that it's an underfed child. A photo contains way more detail than a pencil can ever hope to achive and therefore hair is very hard to draw. Just accentuate the cheekbones a bit more so the face has a more emanciated feel to it.
