Description

It made for beautiful sunsets but it got a little scary at times. The two photos in this series are not re-touched in anyway

i've lived in So. California for 40 years and have seen my share of brush fires. they do create some of the best sunsets i've ever seen, but that's about all i can say is good about them, other than they can give me a lot of work as a civil engineer helping those that have been affected get back to a normal life.

Fire in the forest is a natural part of rebirth and regrowth. Small comfort , though, to Louis Creek, which burned to the ground. Great colours, I wonder if the reds in Hell are that intense.
