Description
This is an old project for a client which, unfortunately, was thrashed (cost issues).
Bryce, took ages to render...
Thx Strata for the encouragement, never thought of posting this kind of work before.

Snakey: Godfather indeed, good memory. Lucca was one of Vito's "bulldogs" (don't know the right term in english but you get the idea. Yeah, working with stand designing is, unfortunately, a sad task sometimes. You put lots of effort and, since it's a competition, sometimes someone else's low cost wins... Of course, job quality is seriously compromised, but some people tend to ignore it. But as you said, their loss. Thank you for the compliment!

Very good.I guess the design could be reworked by you if there is time.Those ceramics may be redesigned to glazed concrete with rustic finish.EFIS for the facings.However I know the feeling of compromise for low bids.The quality goes further downhill and the deficienicies go up.Very good design.The lighting plan is superb.
