I made this for Elfenone for being so sweet and one of the first members I met here. All of her beautiful fairies always make me smile. :) Birthday Princess Fairy by Blazerwicaan Background, (I cant remember where sorry) I used Mystical Lighting for part of the postwork, rest was done in Adobe.
