Description
An attempt to view the globe from 4 angles. One little flaw is that this earth image is not inclined in its axis. It's kinda straight but nevertheless an attempt;).

Nice! It may be interesting to make a second sphere over the earth sphere and add a cloud transparency to it to provide some depth. Cool stuff--our psychedelic planet!

the south american view seems a bit off. If the equator is way too low.

TNV , it's probably the camera angle, I guess. Like I posted above, I have not had the globe in it's axis. I have just rotated it to show whatever I can with no bar to the axis angle, Moreover the earth is a bit eleptical than it is spherical and i guess that makes a diff too:) It is approximately 40 miles thicker in width, i.e., east to west its 40 miles more than north to south and thats probably cause of its rotation from east to west. Thanks for pointing this out, It is interesting , I will keep the information on my mind when I try my next global render. The fill used is not inaccurate as it is a digitalised photo of the globe , I am lacking somewhere. :) ty

Well, yeah but it's just to give us a view of it.. and think it's very colorful and intersting to look at no matter the angle..Now if you messed with the real axis I'd have to spank you.
