Description
He Walks in my heart
This man of Yesterday
He stands tall and proud
This bronze godof mine
Is he only in my mind
and in my heart?
Or is he out there, somewhere
Waiting?
Did he leave this world
To walk among the stars?
I see him standing tall
Against the darkening Sky
His Bronze skin aglow
in the evening light
His strong and rugged face
shows no emotion,
His eyes are black as midnight
If you look deep you can see into his soul
There is pride and love there;
For this land and his people
For who he is and where he was born
Is that a tear I see
Gleaming in his eye?
Is it for those who
No longer roam this land
For battles lost for a way of life
That can never be again.
My heart Cries
For my Warrior
I made this picture to go with my poem I have more coming. Took me 6 times to get this picture right and I still didn't like the full length so I cut him off at the waist. I made two versions of this pic two diff poses with two diff mike textures dont know which i like better Hope you like and please comment.

Very nicely done. I haven't met too many native americans, so I'm not exactly sure what should look right, but it might be that his chin is too pointy.
