Description

As we rowed ashore, the sounds of the creaking iron became louder. I thought it was just the wind, but it wasn't until we were ashore that we realized the machine was still working. The gears and clockworks were ticking inside and the tracker kept the moon in it's sight. The old professor had been dead for nearly thirty years yet his contraption lived on. *** 3 lattices and a bunch of primitives. Whiskeysierra's sky. The moon is an image on a 2d disk

I have a friend who, when he sees me working on Bryce, always comes to sit beside me and says, "put more sharp things on it" and "can you make cannon?" and "it needs some more gears" and "make it look more like a big machine". I've sent him the link to this, 'cause it's just what he's been trying to get me to make for years! Well done!

Excellent image and story. Love the whiz-bang atmosphere of the machine, You should write some stuff for the writers gallery.
