Hi Benjamin, first off I'd like to see the top,and the wood beams look really nice,I've been doing knots myself lately so I know the pain, lol. the texture maybe more suited to paving than walling, there is no bonding in the stonework, which means basically,it would fall down.and the arches should have arch stones in it,but I'm being picky.lookin good though, looking forward to the next update.:o)

vary nice, did you model each stone or use the vray displacement trick?...in any case, it looks really great

nice work... especially to me, since I always try to get such look... (I'm more or less capable of doing archictectural stuff and some anatomic modeling but mountain landscaping or the like remain an illusive goal for me)... A tutorial would be more than welcome!!! Keep up your good and prolific (I admire you also for that) work!!! Congrats!

Thank you guys so much for your comments. Deadly, I modeled 20 or 30 stones and just duplicated and adjusted them to make them all fit together. Stone, thank you for your honest critic. I'm sorta just shooting from the hip on this project and I appriciate your suggestions. And thank you Ratracer for your kind words. I'll be sure to post an update as soon as I can. Thanks again, Ben =)

Damn man ..that looks REALLY cool !!! First off, how many polys ? Second Id like to know if ur continuing building the "as far as the eye can see" stuff (building more of it basicly!)? The thing I would add is some dirt and algees at the bottom stones, and as mentioned before, look at some old arcitecture on the net to see the building-structure of arches and it will be MORE THAN EXCELLENT!!!
