Thanks everyone...this sculpture lives in the Children's Garden along with Mr. Poe-tato-head outside the NJ State Aquarium along th ebanks of th eDelaware River. @PapaGuru: You are right about th econtrast....Nope on the closeup..the sculpting is all but nonexistant on it's wings...it was an incredibly hot, bright August day, temp almost reached 100 F before noontime! While I tried to work the angles to gain more facial details, the poition of the arm relative to the sky and butterfly bush were so compelling ...and the shade cast by the brim of his hat so successful....that I went with the extreme contrast rather than no pic at all...Tough call on a "one shot" day trip! Thanks everyone for your comments!
