Nice although i think that the Kerberos Panzer Cops are not allowed to let their armour rust like the one shown here. BTW: The armour is also used in the Anime "Jin Roh", the wolf brigade.

Very nice pic, I love the background! if that really is rust on his armor though it might look a bit more rusty if there were more brown in it... it kind of looks like spaghetti sauce. ^_^
