This is an awesome Lara! I like the details in the scratches she's received. My one complaint might be that with the black clothes and the black background I can't quite see ENOUGH of her. :)

Marci- I'm sorry--I guess I don't know what I'm doing! Excellent Lara likeness! I have to agree with Camoflage that a simple smear of color behind her, or perhaps cropping her to a vertical layout might make her more dramatic. Great job!
