I'm new at photoshopping. But i needed a new logo for my oganisation. PLease tell me what you think. And maybe you can give me some hints and tips. Thanks for the help!!!!

lose the screws get rid of the bevel. get back to adobe into the txt part go to layer style or options which ever hit bevel bevel the txt nice m, redo the screws
